The ECRC (East Coast RELAIS Consortium) is the document delivery component of ASIN. The RELAIS system is currently in the process of being moved to a hosted environment at RELAIS in Ottawa.

It might be better to post a list of longer term issues rather than these transient issues that are the product of the move to Ottawa. I suggest things like the schedule of adding the remaining sites, perhaps with both pre-production testing and production status. If the present de-bugging is worthy, then a line that suggests that the transitional de-bugging will be finished 1 February would be appropriate. Followed by Enhanced Delivery Review with two dates: Initiated 1 February, 2007 Complete March 15, 2007.

I agree with Dick. Transient issues left too long on the blog look like they are more problematic than they are in reality.
Relais is not really in the immediate mandate or sphere of the ASIN sterring committee. I would put Relais aside for now until the transfer to ISI from Memorial is complete and other issues are resolved. For now, I would remove it (#7)from under the Management/ Maintenance structure - it's there a little too early. We need to focus on the 2 major themes given to the Steering committee: 1) Management/ governance 2) workshop Lynne
